Pakistan is the junction of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road", which has important strategic significance for China.

In recent years, the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor has been developed rapidly. Besides the economic aspect, the China-Pakistan cooperation relation will expand into other areas in the future. 

With the prevalence of the Covid-19 epidemic, health will be a key cooperation area between the two countries.

This research systematically analyzes Pakistan's health system and women's and children's health. 

Combining local interviews and macro policies research, we try to identify the top issue in Pakistan and provide evidence for future cooperation in women's and children's healthcare.

Considering Pakistan's current decentralized political situation, future health cooperation should be conducted simultaneously at the national and provincial levels to ensure implementation. 

On the potential pathway, China should first provide suggestions in policies. Afterwards, the provision of material goods and technological support should be considered.

In addition, the study puts forward two recommendations in the process of cooperation. 

First, we must fully consider the local cultural background, i.e., the religious customs and rules of the local Islam. 

Second, it is necessary to conduct professional project management, including daily supervision of funds and other capabilities. 

Meanwhile, it is necessary to promote the project transparency to increase its influence among residents.
