President Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that the joint construction of the Belt and Road complied with the inherent requirements of the reform of the global governance system, and demonstrated the community consciousness of the common wealth and the shared responsibility, and provided new ideas and new plans for improving the reform of the global governance system.

In the past five years, China has used its own practice to prove to the world that the construction of the Belt and Road under the guidance of the “Three together, and three no” has become China's greatest contribution to the world, not only promoting the steady development of new globalization, but also making more and more countries share the dividends of development and win good lives together.

"Three together" is to discuss, build and share together. This is China's advocacy and practice of human destiny. The guiding principle of the Community is also the most important feature of the new order of global governance that is different from that of European and American countries.

The "three no" is a concrete manifestation of China's deeper and more comprehensive understanding of how to build the Belt and Road after five years of practice. "Three no" means that the  Belt and Road initiative is an economic cooperation initiative, not a geopolitical alliance or a military alliance; it is an open and inclusive process, not to close the door to engage in small circles or "Chinese clubs"; it is not ideology Demarcation, do not engage in zero-sum games, as long as countries have the will, we are welcome.
