The Forum of Top Think Tanks and the Fourth Meeting of the Council of Think Tank Cooperation Alliance were held on April 2ndand 3rd, 2018, Beijing. Jiao Yang,chairperson of the University Council, said that in order to further contribute to the Belt and Road Initiative, universities and institutes should devote themselves to four pivotal aspects: theoretical research, talent fostering, talent exchange and platform construction.
