暨第四届政治学与国际关系学院联盟（USPIR）院长论坛：“政治世界的治理与秩序”
当今世界世界正处于巨大的变革之中，治理与秩序是全球各国面对的两大共同议题。一方面，单边主义、保护主义、逆全球化、国内政治分裂、地区冲突等正在对国际合作和全球治理产生消极影响，另外一方面，日益突出的全球性问题迫切需要各国和全球集体行动。因此，迫切需要各国积极参与国际多边机制，以寻求新的全球发展机遇与空间。为了应对政治世界中全球治理与秩序的变化，单一国家应当如何拓展思路、抓住机遇？各国又应当如何共同努力、建立互信？全球南方在全球治理和秩序变革中能够发挥什么作用，贡献是什么？本次论坛聚焦政治世界中的全球治理与秩序，讨论政治学与国际关系教育和研究在促进相互理解、建立信任世界中的作用。欢迎嘉宾围绕以下问题发表各自的看法，以期为应对当今充满挑战的国际环境提供有益的见解和解决方案。
1.当前全球治理的现状如何？可能会遇到什么挑战？
2.全球治理与政治世界秩序经过了哪些变化与发展？
3.作为国际社会的一员和区域国家的一员，当对抗风险进一步升级时，各国应当如何应对？
4.理想的全球秩序应当如何发展？
5.各国在全球政治经济新秩序的塑造中将充当怎样的角色？全球南方在全球治理和秩序建设中贡献是什么？
6.对于“一带一路”沿线国家对全球政治经济新秩序的塑造和共同努力，我们能够做出什么具体的倡议？

Ten Years of the Belt and Road: Success and New Challenges
The Fourth USPIR Dean’s Forum
on Global Governance and Order in the Political World
The current world is ongoing in a process of great transformation, global governance and order have been two topics for each country of the world. Unilateralism, protectionism, anti-globalization, and the split of more and more domestic politics are threatening for international cooperation and global governance, at the same time, there is strong demand for the world to take action to address more and more global issues. Global governance in the realm of political affairs is confronting unprecedented challenges, inevitably leading to the formation of new environments and orders. Hence, all countries urgently need active participation in international multilateral mechanisms to explore new opportunities and spaces for global security and development. How should individual nations expand their horizons and seize opportunities in addressing the changing landscape of global governance and order in the political world? How can countries collectively strive and build mutual trust? What’s the Global South’s role and contribution for global governance and order building? This forum focuses on global governance and order in the political world, discussing the role of political science and international relations education and research in promoting mutual understanding and trust in the world. Distinguished guests are welcome to share their perspectives on the following issues, with the aim of providing valuable insights and solutions for navigating today's challenging international environment.

2.What changes and developments have occurred in global governance and the political world order?
3.As members of the international community and regional nations, how should countries respond when the risk of confrontation escalates?
4.How should the ideal global order evolve?
5.What roles, especially Global South countries, could play in shaping the new global political and economic order?
6.What specific proposals can we make for "Belt and Road" countries along the route to shape and collaborate on the new global political and economic order?
