Professor Zhang Weiwei, dean of Fudan Development Institute, delivered a speech on the occasion of Media Cooperation Forum for the Belt and Road on September 12th, 2017, Gansu Province. He emphasized the Chinese vision of global governance, insisting on the win-win collaboration for the non-Western countries, Western countries and the world order. As for the Belt and Road Initiative in particular, Professor Zhang considered that such an initiative would contribute to the ongoing change in terms of global governance.
