Speaker introduction: Dr. Fan Lizhu, professor and doctoral supervisor of the Department of Sociology, Fudan University. Director of the Social Development Research Center of Fudan University, Director of the Institute of Society and Population of the Fudan Institute of Belt and Road & Global Governance. The research fields involve Chinese folk religion, the theoretical system and development experience of Chinese religious sociology, globalization and religious changes, and religious and cultural issues of the Belt and Road Initiative.
Lecture Introduction: Reflecting on the theories and methods of Chinese religion research from the perspective of cultural consciousness. It is necessary to place Chinese religion in its social and cultural history, in the interaction between man and nature, and analyze and understand the social structure.
