universities from 8 countries along the Belt and Road have signed the Dunhuang
Concensus on October 21stin Dunhuang, Gansu Province, to establish
the University Alliance Fudan University
is one of these universities who seek to create a shared platform of academic
communication and talent exchange. They have also agreed to propose common
research projects to better provide support for the socio-economic development
of the related regions.
