Dr. ZHANG Li, Assistant Professor at Fudan Institute of Belt and Road & Global Governance. He has years of research experience at University of Wisconsin-Madison, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Fudan University and Yunnan University, and mainly engaged in Water Diplomacy, Mekong Studies and Southeast Asian Studies. Li has published about 30 papers in both Chinese and English, such as in Water and Power (Springer, 2019), Southeast Asian Studies, Global Review, Southeast Asian Affairs, Journal of International Relations, World Affairs, etc. Several papers are reprinted by Chinese Social Science Digest. Li has presided over 10 academic programs, including National Social Science Fund of China, China Postdoctoral Science Fund (Special Program) etc., and participated in 30 programs, including National Social Science Fund of China (Major Program), etc.
